ABOUT THE ROLE
Bardin is the always-on application engineer for the automation industry. We're a Physical AI company: the engineering judgment required to scope, deploy, and support complex automation, captured in machine-readable form for the first time. This knowledge has never existed in a form machines could use before. We're the first ones building it.
We've spent a year proving this works. The product is live with OEMs, distributors, and integrators who build the machines that build everything else, and their reaction has been the kind that makes you want to work harder. Now we need someone to build the demand engine and turn that traction into a real customer base.
This GTM Engineer role is first and foremost a sales role and it's also a right-hand role. Our CEO currently runs all of sales herself. You'll work directly alongside her on every customer-facing process, learning the motion by doing it with her, not from a handoff or a playbook. As you grow into it, you'll take on more of the process independently, and there's a real path from here to owning and eventually building out your own sales team as we scale.
Day to day, this is you plus the AI agents you build and run yourself, doing the entire motion end to end: finding accounts, researching them, building lists, writing outreach, following up, booking the demo, showing up to it, and getting the deal signed. You won't be duct-taping this together from off-the-shelf tools. We've built our own home-grown system, Bardin Flow, that runs our CRM, follow-up sequencing, and feedback calls, and you'll take direct ownership of it: extending it, fixing it, and building new agents and workflows into it as our GTM needs grow. That means real comfort learning how AI workflows and agents are built isn't optional. It's a must-have for this role, not something you'll pick up eventually.
Some of the day-to-day is genuinely fun: the discovery calls, the plant floor visits, watching a customer realize what the product can do for them. Some of it is unglamorous and repetitive: spreadsheets, inboxes, tracking who replied and who needs a nudge. Both halves matter, and if you're only excited about one of them, this probably isn't the right seat.
If you want to learn sales by building it shoulder to shoulder with the founder who's been doing it herself, own and grow the system that powers our entire GTM motion, and eventually build a team around it, at a company working in a space that's just getting figured out, keep reading.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL
- Work directly with the CEO as her right hand on all customer-facing processes: discovery calls, demos, scoping, pricing conversations, and getting to signature.
- Take ownership of Bardin Flow, our home-grown CRM, follow-up, and feedback-call system, extending it and building new agents and workflows into it as we grow.
- Build and maintain pipeline from scratch: source accounts, find the right contacts, keep the list organized and current, and know exactly who needs a follow-up on any given day.
- Run the full outbound loop through Bardin Flow: research, first touch, follow-up sequences, replies, and scheduling, all before a demo ever happens.
- Take on more of the sales process independently as you grow into it, with room to eventually own it end to end and build a team around you.
- Turn pipeline into deployments. Onboard new customers, get their data in, and drive them to the moment the product actually earns its place in their workflow.
- Own customer relationships after the sale. Renewals, expansion, and the escalations that come with early software.
- Feed everything you learn back into product. You'll be closer to our users than anyone, and we'll expect you to be loud about what you hear.
- Travel to the US regularly to meet customers on-site, attend trade shows, and do the in-person work that this industry still runs on.
COMPENSATION
Base plus commission, with equity. You're joining a team of under 10 people, and the package reflects that.
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native-level English and comfort selling into US industrial buyers.
- Direct experience in manufacturing, automation, or robotics. You've worked at an integrator, sold automation solutions, sold manufacturing software, or come out of the industry some other way.
- A real track record of building a sales pipeline yourself: sourcing the list, writing the outreach, doing the follow-up, booking the meeting, closing the deal. No team, no leads handed to you.
- Comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy work alongside the parts that are genuinely exciting. Both are the job.
- A must: real comfort learning how AI workflows and agents are built, since you'll be taking ownership of Bardin Flow itself, not just using it.
- Excited to work in close daily contact with a founder: taking direction, giving honest feedback, and syncing constantly on live deals, with an eye toward eventually running the motion yourself.
- You can hold a technical conversation with an application engineer without a solutions engineer in the room, or you can get there fast.
- Willing and able to travel to the US on a regular basis.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling or implementing software into OEMs, distributors, or systems integrators.
- Hands-on background as an application engineer, field engineer, or technical sales engineer.
- Hebrew, though not required.
